The EZ Nav web based tool enables reception staff with easy to use, clinically validated step by step protocols. This supports staff to navigate patients to the right care with the right person at the right place, first time, as well as to promote social prescribing, self-care and online services.

EZ Nav is delivered by AT Learning, an NHS England partner in delivering solutions that enable the GP Forward View and the NHS Long Term Plan. We deliver high quality training and education to all grades of Primary Care staff through our network of RCGP accredited practices, online via our dedicated learning management system and through live sessions streamed through N3 accredited on-demand web conferencing. AT Learning is a partner of AT Medics, London’s largest Primary Care provider who deliver care to over 260,000 patients across 16 CCGs. Our programmes have been delivered to over 1500 practices across England, serving 3.5 million patients.
